ISESCO organizes a workshop in Bangladesh on future agriculture

lace (UNA) - The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), in cooperation with the Bangladesh National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, is holding a national workshop on the topic of future agriculture in order to ensure food security and sustainability, in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, on June 25 and 26. The workshop aims to shed light on the diversification of agricultural crops and its role in improving human nutrition and soil quality, contributing to the diversification of agricultural crops, ensuring food security, alleviating poverty in the region, maintaining soil quality, and improving the living conditions of small farmers. The workshop participants will discuss a number of topics related to the following issues: productivity and market access; germplasm and seed system development; Climate change and ways to adapt and mitigate it; Gender equality, nutrition and improved living conditions. The workshop will benefit 30 participants, including researchers, workers, academics, managers, system administrators and programmers in the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and students pursuing their studies in the field of agriculture and food security, moderated by three experts.
