Jeddah (UNA) - The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the terrorist attack launched by gunmen in western Niger, which claimed the lives of dozens of civilians, including women and children. The organization renewed its firm position on condemning terrorism in all its forms, affirming its full solidarity with the authorities in the Republic of Niger in their war against terrorism and violent extremism. The Secretary-General of the organization, Dr. Youssef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Niger. (I finish)
