Niamey (UNA) - Nigerien President Mohamed Issoufou received, on Sunday in Niamey, the President of the Islamic Development Bank, Dr. Bandar Hajjar, who is currently on a visit to Niger. The discussions focused on the permanent partnership between Niger and the Islamic Development Bank and the implementation of sustainable development goals in Niger. Dr. Bandar Hajjar congratulated President Issoufou on the socio-economic progress he achieved during his tenure and the stability he brought to Niger. The President of the Islamic Development Bank, Dr. Bandar Hajjar, was also received by the elected President of Niger, Mohamed Bazoum, and congratulated him on his victory in the elections.
