“UNA” and “OSPO” organize a workshop on digital solutions for exchanging media information

Jeddah (UNA) - The Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (UNA) and the Union of Radios and Televisions of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OSPO) are organizing on Monday (May 29, 2023) a virtual workshop entitled “Coordinating and facilitating the exchange of media information between the team through the use of digital solutions.” .

The workshop, which is organized for the benefit of the print, visual and audio media in the OIC member states, aims to qualify media professionals in the field of data sharing, and to learn about techniques and methods of cloud storage and archiving of files, and file backup.

Dr. Amr Al-Laithy, President of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Radio and Television Union, stated that the workshop comes within the framework of OSPO’s keenness to provide media professionals in member states with the necessary skills to manage media teams in a professional manner and by using the latest technologies in data transmission and recording, which contributes to the advancement of journalistic performance. and raise the level of productivity.
