“Yuna” and “Sputnik” organize training course activities on artificial intelligence and video production

grandmother (UNA) - The Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Countries (UNA) is organizing, on April 22, the activities of the training course “How Artificial Intelligence Changed Video Production” virtually; This is in cooperation with the “Sputnik” news agency.

The course, which is held for the benefit of media professionals in OIC countries, aims to review the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on video production, explore the strengths and weaknesses of artificial intelligence in producing visual content, in addition to examining the possibility of employing artificial intelligence applications to raise the level of journalists’ productivity and improve their performance, and discuss Aspects related to the dangers of deepfakes and their impact on media misinformation.

The course is presented by the head of the artificial intelligence project at Sputnik and radio presenter Igor Arkhipov. Within the framework of cooperation between “Yona” and “Sputnik” and within their efforts to enhance awareness of technological transformations in the media space.

The Director General of the Federation of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Countries, Muhammad bin Abd Rabbuh Al-Yami, explained that the training course shows the general guidelines for benefiting from artificial intelligence in media work.
