Vienna (INA) – The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) warned today, Wednesday (April 13, 2016), of a continuing surplus in oil production, days before an important meeting in Doha on Sunday between member states of the organization and from abroad to discuss ways to freeze production to improve prices. And the organization announced in its report for the month of April that oil prices rose by more than 20 percent in March, thus continuing a slow recovery after the collapse of prices between 2014 and 2015.
