Abu Dhabi (UNA) - The UAE has provided urgent medical aid to the Lebanese people, to support efforts to combat the (Covid-19) pandemic. The aid included 12 tons of examination devices and medical supplies to support medical staff and workers in the field of medical services, by providing personal and preventive protection tools, and Covid 19 diagnostic devices, as well as supporting preventive precautionary measures, as this aid will enable more than 10 medical teams and workers. On the front lines in the health sectors to carry out their tasks and strengthen their efforts in containing the spread of the virus. The aid related to combating Corona comes within the framework of solidarity with the Lebanese people and alleviating the health conditions, and it also comes within a series of humanitarian response operations that the UAE is carrying out to support brotherly and friendly countries in the face of Covid 19. It is worth noting that the UAE provided medical aid to combat the Corona epidemic to 92 A country by providing nearly 1250 tons, which enabled more than 1.2 million medical teams and front lines to carry out their daily tasks.
