Jeddah (UNA) – The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) mourns with deep sorrow and grief the passing of Dr. Abdul Salam Daoud Al-Abbadi, Secretary-General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), who passed away in Jeddah on Monday morning, August 10, 2020. The Secretary-General of the Organization, Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, extends his deepest condolences to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, its government and people, to the family of the deceased, and to the OIC family, especially the family of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy.
