ALGIERS (UNA) – Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune revealed on Monday that his country’s foreign exchange reserves currently range between $42 and $43 billion. President Tebboune explained in an interview with officials of some local media outlets that the country’s foreign exchange reserves, taking into account last year’s oil revenues which amounted to $24 billion, fell from $60 billion to $42 to $43 billion. He added: Algeria is not in financial comfort, but we are able to meet our obligations. (End)
