Makkah Al-Mukarramah (UNA) – The Muslim World League condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a cafe near the Palace of Justice in the Syrian capital, Damascus.
In a statement issued by the General Secretariat of the League, His Excellency the Secretary-General, Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, reiterated the League’s position rejecting violence and terrorism in all its forms and pretexts, expressing solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic in confronting everything that threatens its security, stability and the safety of its people.
His Eminence offered his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the entire Syrian people, asking God Almighty to have mercy on the deceased and to grant the injured a speedy recovery.
