Kazan (UNA) – The INNOverse50+ International Youth Leadership Program kicked off today, Thursday, August 27, 2026, in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, as part of the activities of the Fifth World Youth Summit in Kazan, with the participation of more than 60 young men and women representing 25 countries.
The program, whose opening ceremony was attended by a number of officials and international figures, aims to enhance the ability of young people to develop practical solutions to common global challenges.
The program continues today at Kazan Federal University and the Unique Crafts Center. It comes in the form of an intensive two-day applied program (August 27 and 28), which focuses on empowering young leaders to develop innovative solutions by working within multinational teams, and exchanging experiences, ideas, and expertise.
The program includes brainstorming and teamwork sessions, developing proposals for innovative projects, and preparing final presentations, before concluding with a session to present the projects to an international jury and a select group of experts.
Five outstanding participants are set to receive licenses to enroll in educational courses through the global e-learning platform Coursera, enabling them to further develop their skills and benefit from specialized educational programs.
