Anti-Corona Committee in Libya: We may have to completely ban if the citizen does not adhere to the precautionary controls

Tripoli (UNA) - Head of the Scientific Advisory Committee for Combating the Corona Virus Pandemic in the Government of National Accord, Dr. Khalifa Al-Bakoush, said that Libya is able to coexist with the Corona virus if the citizen adheres to the precautionary controls, stressing that we may have to completely close and return to square one if we do not succeed in controlling and tightening. Security authorities and coexistence with the virus with precautionary controls. Al-Bakoush explained, in a press conference today, that the recent community activities, and the opening of wedding halls and funeral events despite the ban, raised Libya to the fourth degree by two degrees in the rate of the spread of the Corona epidemic, instead of decreasing from the third to the second place. He added that working hours in the public sector reached 81%, and transportation vehicles, restaurants and cafes did not adhere to the conditions, such as delivering food and drinks and closing dining halls, all of which contributed to the increase in cases of infection with the virus. He pointed out that there is some laxity on the part of education officials in the Ministry of Education, especially with the start of exams, and we also noticed a lack of adherence to precautionary controls in some mosques coinciding with the permission to open mosques. At the end of his press conference, Al-Bakoush said, "We are in a situation where we either live with this disease or we do not live, and we will be in a critical epidemiological situation."
