Gaza (UNA/WAFA) - Dozens of citizens were martyred, and others were injured, in continuous Israeli bombing on various areas in the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, with thousands of wounded and displaced people besieging the hospital square in Gaza City.

Our correspondent reported that occupation aircraft bombed a house for the Badwan family, west of the Nuseirat camp, killing six citizens and wounding dozens.

Ambulance and civil defense crews recovered 7 martyrs and dozens of wounded from the house of Munir Al-Kahlot in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip, as a result of it being targeted by occupation aircraft, and there are still missing people under the rubble.

A female citizen was also martyred, and dozens of citizens were injured, in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house for the Hamdan family near the Mujahideen Mosque in the Al-Maskar area, west of Khan Yunis.

Israeli warplanes also bombed a house belonging to a citizen of the Fayyad family, east of the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis, and there were no casualties.

According to medical sources, an infant died due to exposure to the cold in the nursery, and four patients in the intensive care unit died due to a power outage in the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, the surrounding area of which is subject to continuous bombing.

Medical teams have also been working with 37 premature babies in incubators manually for 3 hours, amid warnings that others will be killed in the coming hours.

The same sources announced that the pediatric intensive care departments and oxygen machines stopped working in the Al-Shifa Complex, and the occupation forces bombed the surgery building on the fifth floor, which led to many wounded, and there is no communication between the departments, or even movement within it.

Occupation vehicles have been besieging the complex since dawn today, as all the neighboring buildings were bombed, and thousands of wounded and displaced people are trapped inside, without electricity, food, water, or fuel, and dozens of martyrs’ bodies are piled up in its courtyards, and a fire broke out next to the kidney department, and in IDP camps, amid fears that it will spread to other places.

According to eyewitnesses, the occupation vehicles are only 500 meters away from the Al-Shifa Complex, targeting anyone who moves inside its courtyards.

Ambulances are facing extreme difficulty in transporting the wounded and the bodies of martyrs, due to the continued Israeli bombing of many areas in the Gaza Strip.

The Red Crescent Society also announced that Al-Quds Hospital in the Gaza Strip may stop working within several hours, due to the depletion of fuel stocks.

The association said in a brief statement, at dawn on Saturday, “Al-Quds Hospital may stop working in the coming hours, due to the running out of fuel and the lack of aid arriving, which will deprive 500 sick and wounded people of medical care, and those in intensive care and children in incubators will die.”
