An agreement to establish the first endowment for the memorization of the Holy Quran in Al-Aqsa Mosque

Makkah Al-Mukarramah (INA) - The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments and the International Authority for the Memorization of the Holy Quran signed today, Monday, a joint cooperation agreement to establish the first endowment for the memorization of the Holy Quran in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. Under the agreement, the International Commission for the Memorization of the Holy Quran will finance this project financially by supervising the performance of human cadres and paying their wages. The Palestinian Minister of Awqaf, Sheikh Youssef Idais, considered that the establishment of this project contributes to confronting the attempts of the occupation aimed at dividing Al-Aqsa Mosque, in addition to opening centers for memorizing the Noble Qur’an in all Palestinian governorates.
