Islamabad (UNA) – The Message of Islam Conference, at the conclusion of its sixth session on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in Islamabad, awarded the “Global Peace Leader” award to Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, in recognition of his efforts and services to Islam, Muslims, the Two Holy Mosques, pilgrims and Umrah performers, defending the causes of the Arab and Islamic nation, combating violence, extremism and terrorism, and promoting global security, stability and peace.
Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif presented the award to His Excellency the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Islamabad, Mr. Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki.
