Abu Dhabi (UNA/WAM) – The United Arab Emirates strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a joint patrol of US and Syrian security forces near Palmyra in central Syria, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of US forces and the injury of members of the Syrian security forces.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed in a statement that the UAE expresses its strong condemnation of these terrorist acts and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism that aim to undermine security and stability.
The Ministry expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families and relatives of the victims of this heinous attack, to the United States of America and its friendly people, and to the Syrian Arab Republic and its brotherly people, and wished a speedy recovery to all the injured.
