The Saudi Crown Prince receives the Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council and they review the latest developments in Sudan and the efforts being made to achieve security and stability in brotherly Sudan.

Makkah (UNA/SPA) - His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received today at Al-Safa Palace in Makkah, the Chairman of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.

During the reception, the latest developments in Sudan and the efforts being made to achieve security and stability in brotherly Sudan were reviewed.

Prospects for cooperation between the two brotherly countries were also discussed, and an agreement was reached to establish a coordination council concerned with strengthening bilateral relations in various fields.

Everyone had breakfast with His Highness the Crown Prince.

The reception was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency the Secretary of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Dr. Bandar bin Obaid Al-Rashid, and the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Sudan, Ali bin Hassan Jaafar.

On the Sudanese side, the Ambassador to the Kingdom, Dafallah Al-Hajj Ali, the Director of the Office of His Excellency the President, Major General Adel Ismail Abu Bakr, and the Director of the Arab Department, Ambassador Abdul-Azim Muhammad Al-Sadiq, attended.
