Baghdad (UNA) – The Director General of the Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA), Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulrab Al-Yami, met today, Sunday, October 18, 2026, in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, His Excellency Ambassador Bekramjon Uliyev.
The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the fifty-second session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, discussed prospects for joint cooperation in the media field, and ways to develop and elevate it to broader horizons, through strengthening coordination and implementing joint programs and initiatives in a way that serves common goals and interests.
