Postponing the launch of the first Turkmen satellite

Moscow (INA) – The American company SpaceX has postponed the launch of the first Turkmen communications satellite, and this was reported on March 30 by the Russian TASS agency, citing Turkmen media. It was initially planned to launch the Turkmen satellite, Turkmen Alem, last November, but the launch date was postponed to late March, and neither then nor now was the reason for the delay mentioned. A new date for the launch of the satellite was set, which is Late April next. And the Turkmen satellite should be launched into orbit around the Earth from Cape Canaveral, Florida, by the Falcon 9 rocket of the private American company, SpaceX. It is noteworthy that Theles Alenia Space Company has designed and manufactured the satellite, which is expected to reach an orbit 36 km from the Earth's surface, to be suspended permanently in space over the Turkmen lands, and the Turkmen satellite is allocated to secure stable radio and telephone communication in all Turkmen lands.
