He also stressed that security arrangements in Gaza must be entirely Palestinian, based on needs and development plans, and supported by the international force and partners, rejecting any parallel or separate arrangements between the West Bank and Gaza..

The Prime Minister touched on the results of the donors' meeting in Brussels, explaining that the meeting was positive and that the international partners showed a clear understanding of the size of the financial gap and the need to address it.

He noted that the government continues to implement the national institutional reform and development agenda, including fulfilling all commitments set for 2025, in addition to launching new development projects and enhancing institutional readiness..

Mustafa explained that government work in Gaza is continuing at an increasing pace through the government operations room, relevant ministries, and the reconstruction team in the Ministry of Planning, including early recovery plans that are submitted periodically. He stressed the need to strengthen the Palestinian presence on the ground and continue organized work to serve the citizens..

For their part, representatives of countries and international organizations praised the progress made in the current work in the Gaza Strip, the government’s preparations for early recovery and reconstruction work, the progress of the reform program, and the high level of coordination and transparency in government work.

They affirmed their clear support for the Palestinian government's leading role in Gaza, noting the importance of linking all efforts and mechanisms in the sector to the Palestinian government's plan and executive program as a necessary path for managing the current phase and supporting the restoration of basic services..
