Yemen and Afghanistan praise the Saudi role in serving Islam and Muslims

Makkah (UNA) – The Minister of Endowments and Guidance of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Ahmed Zebin Mubarak Attia, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its King, government and people, for its efforts in serving the Guests of God, and for the services, care and attention they provide to pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors from all over the Islamic world. He praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and all official and civil institutions related to the Hajj season and their role in providing the highest level of services for the comfort of pilgrims to the House of God. For his part, the Minister of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Faiz Mohammad Osmani, stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has occupied a prestigious position in the world, and has become a symbol of generous hospitality and good reception, and has been able to achieve a distinguished position in the hearts of the Guests of God and Muslims everywhere as a result of the great services it provides for the comfort, security and stability of pilgrims to the House of God. This came during the meeting of the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten, with the Yemeni and Afghan guests and their delegations, in his office at the ministry’s headquarters in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, today, Thursday, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Abdul Fattah bin Sulaiman Mashat, and the ministry’s undersecretaries. At the conclusion of these meetings, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah thanked the Minister of Endowments and Guidance of the Republic of Yemen and the Minister of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for their cooperation and great praise for the services, and for the success and distinction of last year’s Hajj season 1438 AH, which he confirmed was achieved - thanks to God and His guidance - and then thanks to the great facilities and services provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to all the guests of God, and by combining all efforts with the aim of providing the utmost comfort and facilitation for all pilgrims coming from all over the world. It is worth noting that the meetings with the heads of delegations of Hajj offices come in accordance with the generous and continuous directives to prepare well for the arrangements to receive the delegations of the Holy House of Allah and the visitors of the Mosque of His Noble Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, for the Hajj season of 1439 AH, and to provide them with the best services, and enable them to perform their rituals with ease and convenience, and within the framework of the plans of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in coordinating with the affairs of pilgrims in Islamic countries and minority countries regarding the arrangements for the affairs of their pilgrims coming to perform the Hajj rituals, and to implement its annual program to receive the heads of delegations of Hajj offices in the Islamic world, and within its early preparations for this year’s Hajj season of 1439 AH.
