Niamey (UNA) – At least 19 civilians were killed in an armed attack on the village of Kogoro in the Nigerien city of Tillaberi, near the border with Mali. The Nigerien news agency quoted authorities as saying that the attackers arrived on motorbikes and opened fire on a number of villagers. (END)
