The Saudi Permanent Representative to the Islamic Cooperation meets the Assistant Secretary-General for Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif Affairs

The Saudi permanent representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Dr. Saleh bin Hamad Al-Suhaibani, received at the headquarters of the permanent delegation in the branch of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region in Jeddah Governorate, Ambassador Samir Bakr, Assistant Secretary-General for Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif Affairs in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

The meeting reviewed the efforts of the General Secretariat of the Organization in order to serve the Palestinian cause, which expresses the sensitivity of Muslims all over the world to what the Palestinian brothers in Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque are exposed to from the daily Israeli attacks and provocations practiced against the fasting worshipers and the safe seclusion of the Palestinian people, who suffer greatly from The scourge of those attacks and, unfortunately, he is still suffering in order to obtain his most important legitimate rights to establish security, safety, peace and stability.

Al-Suhaibani stressed the efforts of the organization's general secretariat towards confirming the consolidation and intensification of international efforts to enhance the stability of the entire region, as well as the Palestinian people, who, unfortunately, are still struggling to obtain their legitimate rights.

Al-Suhaibani also referred to the kingdom's permanent support for the brotherly Palestinian people stemming from its deep belief in the importance of the just Palestinian cause, which is one of the most important axes of its interests, and a sense that its efforts towards this cause are a duty dictated by its firm belief, conscience, and affiliation to its Arab and Islamic nation.
