She stressed that the message of Islam is divine in its source, monotheistic in its belief, sublime in its goals, humane in its values, wise in its legislation, and carries good for all. The document stressed the fulfillment of the objectives of the legislation in preserving the five necessities. (Religion is the foundation and axis of Islamic identity), and (the sanctity of the soul means: dignity, security, and life), and (caring for the mind preserves the balance of society from excess and negligence, or deviating from the path of wisdom and maturity, or being led into the pitfalls of error and foolishness), and (Protecting honor is preserving the values ​​of society, especially preserving the sanctity of its individuals and the safety of its group), and (preserving money includes guarding it from assault, and preserving it from transgression and corruption), and since the multiplicity of national states in contemporary times, there is a sixth necessity, which is: (preserving the homeland, and that From any harm to his identity, security, gains, or general interests).

The document “Building Bridges Between Islamic Schools of Thought” explained that forming a moderate personality is the responsibility of the divine scholars and jurists who are deeply rooted in their individuals and its system of institutions, especially those who are responsible for clarifying the truths of Islam and highlighting its virtues in its nature, virtues, and tolerance, as well as correcting misconceptions about it.

She emphasized that the multiplicity of sects and visions among Muslims is counted among the preordained universal laws that stipulate the inevitability of difference and diversity due to the wisdom intended by the Almighty Creator, and it - in its entirety - is due to methodological factors, related to the foundations of the starting points of Islamic schools, and to variables related to spatial, temporal and customary circumstances, and it must be From understanding that Sunnah and dealing with it with awareness and wisdom, and at the forefront of that is caution against the causes of division and diaspora. What unites the followers of Islamic schools of thought is greater than what divides them, especially the two testimonies and working in accordance with them. What unites them in terms of the demands of Islamic brotherhood is greater than what their visions are multiple in, and the Muslim must in all circumstances search for the path to what is right and follow it.

The document indicated that Islamic sects were formed within Muslim society as a result of a systematic approach and scientific movement, based - in agreement and disagreement - on respect for principles and constants. It is necessary to keep the sects within the facts of their origin on the basis of Islam and its noble guidance in the context of the establishment of its schools and the continuity of its giving, without disrupting their roles. The text of the document stated that the events and facts of history are lessons and lessons that inspire successive generations, so they copy the benefits of experiences and avoid their mistakes, and it is not acceptable - by law or logic - to invoke past facts, past debates, or differences that are at the heart of sectarian pluralism, to undermine the nation’s unity, brotherhood and cooperation.

The document indicated that the Islamic common principles are solid principles that bring together within their broad scope the diversity of the nation, and manifest the elements of unity, feelings of affinity and shared responsibility, to cultivate in their internal awareness a self-immunity that confronts the dangers of sectarian fanaticism and sectarian strife.

She stressed that organizing effective and fruitful dialogue forums between Islamic sects to strengthen their fraternal bond is an urgent necessity whose responsibility must be fulfilled, and the success of this ambition depends on good faith and sincerity of will, with beginning to monitor and address obstacles and challenges.

The document pointed out that sectarian and partisan slogans, with their practices that provoke clashes and sectarian conflict, are at the forefront of the nation’s calamities, in a painful historical stretch that witnessed - between ebb and flow - the ignition of the fuse of sectarian fanaticism and the stirring of strife, and the resulting tragedies whose misfortunes were many, and ended in grudges and grudges, so the rivalry was And the measures and practices of hateful marginalization of components linked by the brotherhood of religion and the greater purposes of Islam.

It also stipulates that the ruling on Islam is due with certainty to everyone who uttered the two testimonies of faith and acted according to them, believing in the fundamentals of Islam, and it is not permissible to dare to declare him apostasy except with certain evidence equivalent to that which proves his conversion to Islam, on which the people of knowledge and faith do not disagree.

The document drew attention to the fact that takfir, innovation, and deception are legal rulings that cannot be imposed except with conclusive evidence, otherwise there will be consequences and destruction. Therefore, it is not permissible for ordinary Muslims, or students of knowledge, to apply it to those who oppose them “individuals, institutions, schools, or the like.” This is only entrusted to the institutional work of the council that is known for its scientific solidity, fairness, and moderation, accompanied by its legal evidence, on which the people of knowledge and faith do not disagree.

The document stressed that cooperation between Islamic societies of all their diversity is an important pillar in achieving the desired integration and gaining more presence power for the Muslim nation, and this takes place within national societies, and between them and other Islamic societies within the framework of their national systems.

The document highlighted that Muslims are unanimous in supporting just causes at the Islamic and international levels, and bless the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in the face of genocide crimes, and support their right to establish their independent state, with East Jerusalem as its capital, while preserving the historical and Islamic identity of the city of Jerusalem.

She stressed that Islamic identity represents the belief of every Muslim, which requires protecting its components in non-Islamic countries, especially seeking peaceful means to recognize their rights guaranteed by civilized constitutions.

The document urged the people of knowledge and faith who carry the Sharia law to enlighten the Muslim components in non-Islamic countries of the importance of their optimal coexistence in their national countries, and to beware of the tendencies of fanaticism and extremism, and any behavior that deviates from the etiquette and wisdom of Islam, its formation of hearts, and its balance between interests and evils, as well as caution against receiving fatwas. Or sermons or instructions that do not take into account their spatial circumstances, which the rules of Sharia stipulate that they should be observed.

It also stipulates that the family is the nucleus of society, and the most important incubator of education and refinement, protecting young people from the pitfalls of paths, and establishing the foundation for instilling the values ​​of Islam, including strengthening brotherhood among Islamic diversity, and guiding them to the values ​​of understanding, harmony, and cooperation.

The document indicated that the efficiency of education strengthens the foundations of family building, contributes a major role in shaping the minds of young people and their educational training, and takes them towards a bright future with God’s help, especially the competence of the teacher and the soundness of the curriculum, provided that everyone is included in this concern at all levels of education, including boys. Girls, all of this is based on the guidance of Islam and its high values, which urged all Muslims to learn and did not exclude one gender or another, or restrict this legal requirement to one type of education and not another, or to specific stages and not others.

The document stressed that women, within their legal framework, have a tangible contribution to achieving the aspirations for the good of the nation, which this document seeks, and this is evident in the care to establish the first nursery for young people, which is the educated, conscious family in accordance with the comprehensive concept of family empowerment. The document stressed that the Islamic media discourse aims to strengthen brotherhood and cooperation among Islamic diversity, spread awareness of this and correct false concepts within Islam, while confronting campaigns and concepts insulting to Islam, regardless of their source and place, while urging Muslims “especially the Muslim components in non-Islamic countries” to They represent the truth of their religion, and bear their grave responsibilities in presenting a correct image known as their true religion.

She warned that the negative use of traditional and new media escalates disputes and provokes hostilities within Islam, warning that the media message must adopt the good word and the purposeful dialogue that creates and brings people closer, in accordance with the values ​​of Islamic brotherhood, and the exchange of sincere advice without one-upmanship, arrogance, or violence. The document called for warning against strife, avoiding its causes, confronting its instigators and promoters, and denouncing its incitement among the people of one nation, and in Islamic society in general, through phrases, slogans, and sectarian practices that aim to undermine Islamic brotherhood stipulated in the words of God Almighty: “Indeed, the believers are only brothers.” And the saying of our honorable master and prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: “And be servants of God, brothers.”

It also affirmed that rivalry between Muslims, inciting their sectarian feelings, insulting their symbols, and disdaining their efforts does not harm a target, nor harm an enemy, but rather it is a name of immorality that brings bad upon them in terms of their individuals, their sects, the reputation of their religion, and the distress of their souls, and it is often what others pick up on them and attribute to them - Ignorance or intentionally - of the nature of their religion.

The document called for holding an annual conference that renews the vision, mission, goals and values ​​of this meeting, reinforcing the work of the contents of this document, and carrying out the arrangements for holding it in the following year under the title: “The Second Conference for Building Bridges between Islamic Sects,” discussing developments in the Islamic arena.

It also called for the formation of a joint coordination committee called: “The Coordinating Committee between the Islamic Sects,” whose system, presidency, members, and secretariat would be proposed by the General Secretariat of the Muslim World League, in consultation with senior Islamic figures from the various sects, for this to be approved during the aforementioned next conference.
