He explained that the religion of Islam is a religion of mercy, giving, and charity, with all the meanings that these values carry, and there is no distinction in this; Everyone is covered by this Islamic moral principle, whose standards do not double according to different religions, races and colors.
Dr. Al-Issa noted the vastness of the Islamic arena, stressing that the difference in ijtihad is wide in religion and miraculous in legislation. We find his example in our encyclopedias of jurisprudence. If we restricted this Islamic diversity to a specific jurisprudence, Islamic jurisprudence would be in one booklet that does not exceed it.

Facilitation and removal of embarrassment, and then it became during his reign, peace and blessings be upon him, a following text and fixed legislation.
And he added: “Islamic law came to lift the embarrassment from the nation; However, extremism did not comprehend this divine mercy and did not accept it, and that is why the true scholar, the well-established scholar, was one of the happiest people with the opinions of his fellow scholars. It is not possible for a true scholar to be narrowed by the ijtihad of others, and whoever is narrowed by that is out of the characteristics of the well-established, divine scholar, either because of his scientific arrogance, or his implicit claim of his infallibility, or because of his narrow perceptions of understanding the vastness of Islamic law and its mercy for the two worlds.

He warned His Eminence against this false endeavor to distort Islam, and that it is unfair to it, whatever its pretexts are, for what counts is the outcome, and what counts is the results, and a person is held accountable for the end that his matter has reached, and he added: That approach is a loser from its beginning, a loser in its attempts to rise, a loser in its isolation, a loser in Unfortunately, he is the one who tried to ignite the fuse of disharmony and division within the Islamic interior, and also the one who sought to mobilize some Muslim youth with extremely dangerous ideas that led to developments that sometimes reached the level of violence and terrorism.
Dr. Al-Essa said: “Attempts to justify this systemic defect will not work. The results speak, and the reputation of Islam in areas of chaos and intellectual insanity is at stake. What is the best wisdom, what is the best of good intentions, what is the best of jurisprudence in religion, what is the best of correct thinking, and what is the best of kindness in analysis, decision, and broad and comprehensive consideration, which balances between interests and harms and blocks pretexts. evil,” pointing out that Islamic awareness was highly insightful, as the jurists of the Islamic nation decided that fatwas and legal rulings differ according to time, place, and circumstances.
