The official spokesman for the Palestinian presidency warns that the occupation aims not to stop the aggression but to continue the war of extermination.

Ramallah (UNA/WAFA) – Palestinian presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh said, “We warn against the occupation’s policy of not halting its aggression before imposing arrangements that allow it to continue its war of extermination and starvation to impose forced displacement on the Palestinian people, and to continue settlement activities and terrorizing settlers in the West Bank.”

He added that the occupying state defies all calls from the international community to stop the war and halt Israeli practices that violate all international legitimacy resolutions and international law, by insisting on continuing its comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people, the latest of which was the destruction and vandalism of citizens' property in the village of Al-Mughayyir, and the impunity of settler terrorism, as is happening in the cities of Jenin, Tulkarm, their camps and other Palestinian cities.

He continued: "We demand that the US administration assume its responsibilities regarding this destructive Israeli policy, which will lead to chaos across the entire region." He expressed the Palestinian side's astonishment at this unjustified and irresponsible American silence.

Abu Rudeineh called on the entire world to take seriously the occupation's disregard for international legitimacy and law, and its rejection of widespread international condemnation, particularly the important and courageous stance of the United Nations, along with numerous important statements from world leaders, which confirm that the time has come to act and compel Israel to reverse its aggressive policies before it is too late to end the war and halt the war of extermination and starvation.
