The ministry affirmed its readiness to work and coordinate closely with the mission, and to provide everything necessary to facilitate its tasks.. She stressed the importance of intensifying the mission's work in the Gaza Strip and at the Rafah crossing, especially at this stage, to contribute to establishing stability, ensuring the opening of the crossing, and allowing the entry of humanitarian aid..

She added that the situation in the West Bank is no less dire than in the Gaza Strip, given the escalating settler terrorism, settlement expansion, and the threat of annexation, stressing the international community's duty to confront these violations and the necessity of stopping them..

For his part, Andaker affirmed the mission's commitment to continuing to provide support to the Palestinian government and the Palestinian police, stressing the importance of working to strengthen state institutions and create a stable society, and emphasizing the mission's support for the implementation of the two-state solution..

He also affirmed the mission's readiness to offer its expertise in training and capacity building, and to exert every possible effort to support the Palestinian police sector..
