Secretary General
Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Washmi
Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Washmi has been serving as Secretary-General of the King Salman International Academy for the Arabic Language since February 2021. Dr. Al-Washmi has extensive experience in teaching Arabic and managing its institutions, having previously served as Secretary-General of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for Arabic Language Service and as President of the Literary Club in Riyadh. He holds a PhD in Rhetoric and Literary Criticism from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
