Secretary General
Dr. Qutb Mustafa Sano
Dr. Qutb Mustafa Sano, born in Guinea in 1966, has been Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy since 2020. He holds advanced degrees in jurisprudence and its principles from Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, and has previously held ministerial positions in Guinea and academic positions in Malaysia. He has authored more than 21 books and published 70 research papers, and is fluent in four languages.
