The Broadcast Regulatory Authorities Forum of the OIC Member States (IBRAF) is an international platform established to promote cooperation among broadcasting regulatory authorities in the OIC Member States. The Forum aims to develop broadcasting standards, support joint media production, and exchange experiences in regulating media content. It seeks to promote Islamic cultural identity and media integration among the Member States.

Director General of IBRAF Forum
Nurullah Ozturk
Nurullah Öztürk, a member of the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) and General Manager of IBRAF. Born in 1965 in Eskişehir, he graduated from Istanbul University in Public Administration. He has extensive experience in media regulation and broadcasting policy development in Turkey and OIC member states.
