The International Public Chamber is a non-political platform for the development of international relations and public diplomacy, founded in 2017. It brings together respected figures from various fields, experts and international representatives. It started its work on April 12, 2017, and the first annual conference was held on July 19, 2017 in Minsk, Belarus. Initially, it operated under the name “Public Chamber of the Union State” in accordance with the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, and since December 2020 its tasks and scope of work have expanded to start the second convocation 2020-2025.
