Rustam Minnikhanov
Rustam Minnikhanov has served as President of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2010 and was previously its Prime Minister from 1998 to 2010.
He is known for his activity in promoting digital transformation and infrastructure in Tatarstan, and in supporting relations with Islamic countries. He also chairs the Strategic Vision Group “Russia – Islamic World”.
