Kazan (UNA) – The Director General of the Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA), Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulrab Al-Yami, met with the Minister of National Policy and Information of the Chechen Republic, Mr. Ahmed Daudyev, on the sidelines of the Strategic Vision Group meeting “Russia – Islamic World”, held as part of the Kazan Forum 2026 events, chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
The two sides discussed ways to enhance media cooperation, in order to support media presence and serve issues of common interest between the Islamic world and Russia.
