Jeddah (UNA) – The General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions, in cooperation with the Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA), will organize a virtual seminar on “General Concepts and Applications of Islamic Finance” next Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
This seminar, which targets representatives of news agencies, media institutions, and those interested in the Islamic finance and media sector, comes within the framework of promoting awareness of Islamic finance and its growing role in the global economy. It also aims to introduce participants to the basic concepts and scientific applications of this sector and review its most prominent tools, in addition to highlighting its role in supporting sustainable development, and exploring the relationship between Islamic finance and the media.
