Jeddah (UNA) – The Director General of the Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA), Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulrab Al-Yami, received Mr. Azar Bayramov, Director General of the OIC Action Centre, at the Union’s headquarters in Jeddah on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
The reception witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the two sides aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two bodies affiliated with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, exchanging experiences and information, organizing training programs and workshops, and cooperating in launching joint initiatives and programs, in a way that serves the interests of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
The Director General of UNA briefed the Director of the Action Center on some of the Union’s programs and its vision for advancing media work in member and non-member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
