Abu Dhabi (UNA) – The Director General of the Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA), Professor Mohammed bin Abdulrab Al-Yami, participated today, Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the ceremony honoring the winners of the Global South Video News Awards, organized by the Global South Video News Agency “FURIE” in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi. The award included four categories: Best Cinematography, Most Creative Shot, Exclusive Lens, and Pivotal Shot.
“Yona’s” participation in the ceremony comes as a reinforcement of the strategic partnership between the Union and the Fury Agency.
It is worth mentioning that, as part of the event, the Fiori Agency honored the Union of Agencies of the OIC Member States during the “Bridge” Media Summit with a shield which was received by Professor Mohammed Al-Yami.
