Jeddah (UNA) - The Director General of the Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (UNA), His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Abdrabuh Al-Yami, visited the headquarters of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal Institute for Moderation in Jeddah today, Wednesday (February 12, 2025), where he was received by the Institute’s Undersecretary, Dr. Saud bin Saad Al-Baqmi.
During the visit, aspects of joint cooperation between the Union and the Institute were discussed, in a way that contributes to serving their goals with regard to enhancing intellectual security and moderation, combating extremist and terrorist discourse, and highlighting the great efforts undertaken by the host country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in these areas.
The two sides also discussed cooperation in the field of training and qualifying media professionals in the field of intellectual security, and publishing media content that promotes moderation and centrism.
