Grozny (UNA) – About 1000 applications were received from journalists from different regions of Russia and other countries at the Caucasus Investment Forum, said Akhmed Dudayev, Assistant to the President of the Chechen Republic, Regional Minister for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information.
“This number is constantly changing. About a thousand journalists from all over the world – they are from dozens of countries, almost all regions of Russia. This shows the resonance of the upcoming Investment Forum in the Caucasus. The number of participants in the forum has long exceeded the number that was originally planned. Including the number of journalists: about 500 applications were expected, but we already see that there are about a thousand of them. Which cannot but please us,” said Akhmad Dudayev.
The minister also confirmed that journalists will be able to communicate with President Ramzan Kadyrov and ask him questions at the Caucasus Investment Forum. “I am sure that our colleagues from different regions will have the opportunity to ask questions and talk with Ramzan Kadyrov. We know that the President of the Chechen Republic is open to the media. He is happy to make contact and communicate with journalists. We are sure that the head of the region will take care of them,” said Akhmad Dudayev.
The Caucasus Investment Forum will be held from July 15 to 17 in Grozny, the capital of the Chechen Republic. The forum will be held in order to increase the investment potential of the North Caucasus Federal District and in the interests of its sustainable social and economic development.
