Jeddah (UNA) - The Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (UNA) participated in the symposium “The morals and dealings of the Messenger of God, our Master Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, as a husband,” which was held today, Wednesday (September 13, 2023), by the Women’s Development Organization, via video conference.
The symposium comes within the framework of a series of virtual seminars launched by the Women’s Development Organization to highlight the lofty status of women in Islam, and to correct misconceptions about women, which are linked to the teachings of the noble Islamic religion due to the plaintiffs’ ignorance of these teachings.
It is noteworthy that the Women's Development Organization is a specialized body affiliated with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, headquartered in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, and works to empower and advance women in Islamic countries.
