Gaza (UNA/WAFA) – Medical sources announced on Monday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 70,365, most of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation’s aggression on October 7, 2023.
The same sources explained that the number of injuries has risen to 171,058 since the start of the aggression, while a number of victims are still under the rubble, and ambulance and rescue teams are unable to reach them.
She noted that in the past 24 hours, 5 martyrs (3 new and 2 whose bodies were recovered) and 11 injuries arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, while the total number of martyrs and injuries since the ceasefire agreement on October 11 has reached 376 martyrs, 981 injured, and 626 bodies have been recovered.
