Martyrs and wounded as a result of the occupation targeting several areas in the Gaza Strip.

Gaza (UNA/WAFA) – A number of citizens were killed and others were injured on Monday in Israeli shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources at Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, central Gaza, reported receiving two martyrs and 35 injuries after Israeli forces targeted a gathering of civilians waiting for aid on Salah al-Din Street, south of the Wadi Gaza area.
She added that 16 people were seriously injured by gunfire and were transferred to hospitals in the central governorate.
A citizen was also killed when an Israeli helicopter bombed a house in Deir al-Balah camp.
Local sources reported that Israeli drones targeted the tents of displaced people in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, killing and wounding a number of civilians.
Citizens were also killed and injured when the occupation forces opened fire on people waiting for aid near the distribution center in the Al-Shakoush area, northwest of Rafah. Meanwhile, two children, brothers Mahmoud and Yazan Faris Al-Turkmani, and the child Hazem Mohammed Al-Sindawi, were killed as a result of the occupation's bombing of Gaza City.
Three citizens were also killed and others injured this morning by Israeli warplanes' gunfire and shelling in the north and south of the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondents reported that a citizen was killed as a result of being directly targeted by the occupation forces while waiting for aid southwest of Khan Yunis, and that a number of people were injured. Meanwhile, rescue crews recovered the bodies of two martyrs who were exposed to the bombing of the occupation warplanes in Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources noted a severe shortage of medicines and medical equipment at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, and that the number of wounded exceeds doctors' capacity to treat them.
Medical sources in the Gaza Strip confirmed that the death toll from those waiting for food aid has reached 450 martyrs and more than 3,466 injured since aid distribution centers began operating late last month.
Since October 2023, 55,959, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an aggression against the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 131,242 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of XNUMX others. This is a preliminary toll, with a number of victims still under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulance and rescue crews.
