Gaza (UNA/WAFA) – Fourteen citizens were killed and others injured on Thursday in a new Israeli airstrike on Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip, and the al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
A WAFA correspondent reported that the occupation forces bombed the central Jabalia al-Balad area, which is a densely populated market area, resulting in the deaths of at least 10 citizens and the injury of others.
Four citizens were also killed when the occupation forces bombed a group of citizens in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
In the same context, medical sources announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 51,355 martyrs and 117,248 injuries since October 2023, 1,978, noting that the toll includes 5,207 martyrs and 18 injuries since March XNUMX.
She said that 50 martyrs and 152 wounded arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.
She explained that a number of martyrs remain under the rubble of destroyed homes and facilities, and on the roads, and that ambulances and specialist teams are unable to reach them due to limited resources.
