Ramallah (UNA/WAFA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said that the occupation government is deliberately prolonging the war of genocide and displacement against the Palestinian people, especially in the Gaza Strip, and is deepening the manifestations of genocide and displacement in full view of the international community by escalating the crime of using starvation and thirst as a weapon in its destructive war on the Strip and depriving more than two million Palestinians of their most basic human and civil rights.
The Foreign Ministry warned in a statement issued on Sunday of the dangers of prolonging the genocide, displacement, and the cycle of violence and wars, and considers it a disregard for international efforts to establish a timetable for war and initiate relief and reconstruction operations, and a circumvention of the outcomes of the recent Arab Summit, international legitimacy resolutions, and precautionary orders issued by the International Court of Justice..
The Ministry considered that any political equation that does not give priority to the protection of Palestinian civilians and the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip represents a flagrant violation of international law and international humanitarian law, calling for serious international intervention and not being dragged into the whirlpool of Israeli policy, demands and maneuvers at the expense of the lives of the Palestinian people and their continued presence in their homeland, and for serious action by all parties to stop the war of extermination and displacement..
