The city of Rafah is the last refuge for the displaced in the stricken Strip. Today, Rafah expands despite its narrow area, estimated at about 65 square kilometers. For more than 1.3 million Palestinians, the majority of them live in tents that lack the minimum requirements for life.

In the northern Gaza Strip, our correspondent, citing medical sources, reported the death of a number of citizens with chronic diseases as a result of not receiving medical care and running out of medicines, food and water.

More than half a million citizens who have not left their homes reside in the northern part of the Gaza Strip (Gaza Governorate and its north), and are at risk of death from starvation.

The occupation forces prevented the delivery of food aid trucks to citizens in the northern part of the Gaza Strip by force of arms, and aid convoys were bombed.
