New York (UNI/QNA) - The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) said: “The worst bombing of the war is currently taking place in the southern Gaza Strip, and we are seeing heavy losses among children.”
“We have a final warning to save the children of Gaza and our collective conscience,” said James Elder, spokesman for the organization.
The UN official had previously stated, “There is panic among people. They do not know where to go. They are almost in a state of astonishment.” He described the state of despair that dominates Palestinian families and children in a hospital in the Gaza Strip.
Since the seventh of last October, the Israeli entity has been waging a devastating war on Gaza, which resulted in the deaths of 15523, the wounding of 41316 others, and also left massive destruction to the infrastructure, according to official Palestinian and UN sources.
