The Arab League condemns the crime committed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip

Cairo (UNA) - The League of Arab States condemned, in the strongest terms, the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, represented by the heinous crime committed by the Israeli authorities in the Gaza Strip at dawn today, which resulted in the death of 14 Palestinians and the injury of 20 others, including women and children, as well as Continued Israeli incursions into Palestinian cities, the latest of which was in Nablus this morning.

The Assistant Secretary-General for Palestine and the Occupied Arab Territories of the Arab League, Dr. Saeed Abu Ali - in a statement today regarding the dangerous Israeli aggression - confirmed that this dangerous escalation comes within the framework of the open war waged by the Yemeni Israeli government against the Palestinian people, their properties and sanctities within the framework of its declared policy to eliminate Any chance to achieve peace and ignite chaos and violence in the region.

The Assistant Secretary-General held the Israeli government fully responsible for this dangerous escalation and its repercussions on the entire region, calling on the international community, especially the Security Council, to intervene immediately to stop the Israeli aggressions, provide international protection for the Palestinian people, and prosecute the perpetrators of Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people and bring them to justice and not impunity.
