Fattouh pointed out that the occupation authorities' decision is the most dangerous form of imposing sovereignty by force and state terrorism, and constitutes a direct attack on the legal and historical rights of the Palestinian people, and a systematic attempt to legitimize the theft of land and turn the colonial crime into an irreversible documented reality..
He pointed out that this approach employs racist laws and organized legal fraud to seize properties and forcibly displace Jerusalemites in flagrant violation of international law and the rules for the protection of populations under occupation.
