The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah sets the 1st of Dhul-Qi'dah as the last date for pilgrims to depart.

Jeddah (UNA/SPA) - The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set Shawwal 15, 1446 AH, corresponding to April 13, 2025 AD, as the last date for pilgrims to enter the Kingdom, as part of preparations for the Hajj season. The Ministry has set Dhul-Qi'dah 1, 1446 AH, corresponding to April 29, 2025 AD, as the final date for pilgrims to leave, stressing that staying after this date is a violation that exposes its perpetrators to legal penalties.

The Ministry urged individuals, Umrah companies, and establishments to adhere to the regulations and instructions governing the departure of pilgrims at the specified times, stressing that any delay in departure after the specified date will be considered a violation. Failure by companies to report delayed pilgrims may result in fines of up to 100,000 riyals, in addition to taking legal action against the perpetrators.
