It is specialized in serving pilgrims and dealing with all cases, while various operating rooms have been equipped. Including maternity rooms, in addition to the laboratory section equipped with the latest technologies and qualified human cadres to conduct all medical analyzes and examinations, as well as CT and television scans, a room for gastrointestinal endoscopy and a blood bank.

The hospital's bed capacity is 160 beds, distributed among beds for emergency cases and cardiac resuscitation, in addition to beds for dialysis and cases of suspected respiratory diseases, and passive isolation rooms. More than 20 beds have been allocated for sunstroke in anticipation of any expected cases of heat stress and exhaustion. There are 60 doors on each side, as the Holy Mashaer Train contributes to transporting hundreds of thousands of pilgrims in each of its different movements between the Masha'ir.

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics prepared the flexible rubber asphalt initiative in the pedestrian walkways in the Holy Sites for Hajj this year on the road parallel to pedestrian road No. 6 leading to Mount Al-Rahma in Arafat, and worked to implement the initiative in more than one location, including the area surrounding the Namira Mosque in Arafat, with a total area exceeding 25 One thousand square meters, which contributes to reducing the temperature by about 20% compared to other roads.
