The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques issues his honorable order to host 1000 pilgrims from the families of the martyrs and injured from the Gaza Strip as an exception.

Mecca (UNA/SPA) - The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued his generous order to host 1000 pilgrims from the families of the martyrs and injured from the people of the Gaza Strip under the title: “An initiative to host pilgrims from the families of the martyrs and injured from the people of the Gaza Strip” to perform Hajj rituals for this purpose. This year was exceptional, bringing the total number of guests from the State of Palestine to 2000 pilgrims, as part of the program for the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj, Umrah and Visitation, which is implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance.

On this occasion, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, General Supervisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visitation, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Al Sheikh, extended his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and President. The Council of Ministers appreciated this generous royal gesture, which embodies their constant concern and concern for the brotherly Palestinian people, and translates the unlimited support provided by the Kingdom’s leadership to the Palestinian cause at all levels.

He stressed that this exceptional hosting is a balm and alleviation of what the Palestinian people are suffering in the Gaza Strip, and this humanitarian gesture is not strange for the Kingdom to stand side by side with the Palestinian people since the era of the founder, King Abdulaziz, all the way to the prosperous era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trustworthy Crown Prince, in the interest they give to it. On the issues of the Islamic nation in general and the Palestinian issue in particular, stressing at the same time that this humanitarian gesture from the Kingdom’s leadership, represented in enabling the families of the martyrs and injured people of Gaza to perform the Hajj ritual, is an extension of the Kingdom’s endeavors and its constant keenness to support the brothers in Palestine.

He pointed out that the Ministry, since the issuance of the noble royal order, has made preparations to receive the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the families of the martyrs and the injured in Palestine, and has prepared a plan for that through a number of committees whose mission is to take care of the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and enable them to perform Hajj with ease and ease, asking - the Lord Almighty - to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince, to bless their efforts, and to accept from the pilgrims their Hajj and their good deeds.
